Clinical Support Staff

Nikki Thorne graduated from Okefenokee Technical College in July 2011 as a Certified Phlebotomist. In 2018, she earned her National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA) credential, expanding her knowledge and experience in the healthcare field.

Nikki began her healthcare career with Bacon County Hospital and Health Systems, where she worked from 2011 to 2019. Since then, she has gained valuable experience working in a variety of medical offices across multiple specialties, providing her with a well-rounded understanding of patient care and healthcare operations.

In 2023, Nikki joined SGRA as a PRN Call Support team member and transitioned to a full-time position with SGRA Call Support in 2026. She brings more than a decade of healthcare experience, a strong commitment to patient service, and a diverse background in clinical and administrative healthcare settings to her role.
